Vancouver

Conrad wanted to see some of the Olympic sites so we did a little tour around downtown.

We visited Cyndy's new condo.
It was another fun day!!

Day Trip to Capilano Suspension Bridge

So far, Conrad seems to be growing at the same rate as a hemlock tree...

Our uncle and aunt, whom we went to the bridge with, posed in the frame. It was a fun day!
Erik Turned 18 on our Trip
He started his birthday off at this grandparents' house in Chilliwack where he got lots of attention and pampering. His favorite breakfast and lunch. From there, later in the afternoon, we went to Vancouver to his great uncle and aunt's house where we had supper and spent the night.

They had gotten a fresh salmon from a fisher-person that their neighbour knew which Uncle Ed barbequed on the patio.
It was delicious. Our uncle and aunt collect BC art and we noticed that their artwork matched the menu for the day.

The cake looked like a forest fire, but (thankfully) most of the real forest fires that were raging in the province are out for now.

Here's a photo of one of the gifts he got. If you know Erik, you'll know why this is so funny!
