Update on MCC's work in Haiti

Arthur reports that MCC International has raised about $12 million for the work in Haiti. Of that, $7 million comes from Canada. The amazing thing is that $3 million of that comes from Manitoba. That's about a quarter of the total raised. What a giving province!

We are thankful to be helping out that way.

The top photo is of Guerlda Jean-Rose in a temporary shelter where she lives with her family. She's holding a sack of rice. The other photo is of Rosette Aime and she's holding a blanket that was sent by MCC. Both women are staying in Fragneau-Ville camp in Port-au-Prince.
