Salaam Alekum

After a successful stencil job in the sunroom (which reminded us of Laos with gold and red) we decided to bring a Sudanese feel into the living room. We choose an Arabic script and the words Salaam Alekum - Peace be Upon You. We used the same gold paint as in the sunroom and on the dark yellow (mustard) walls, it give a subtle finish to the room.

The next question is what to do in the dining room -- the next room down the line....
