The Theme Meal for March


Mom and Dad invited 6 of their friends,

some of whom, like Dad,

were having a birthday in March.

The meal was delivered to their place.

We made 3 soups.

First Course was Wonton Soup

Then came Cream of Carrot and Yam with Cheddar Cheese.

This was served with Arthur's homemade buns.

The final soup was Bison and Wild Rice served with bannock.

All of the soups are from the soup cookbook we made in 2001.
One of the unexpected bonuses from this gift is that
we are getting to meetMom and Dad's friends.
Now we can put faces and personalities to
the people they've been talking about for years.
