Lake Lucerne

After breakfast we took a road trip to Bennen.  It took about an hour.

It seemed like a lot of the time we were driving through tunnels.  One was 2 kms long.

At Bennen we got on a paddle wheel steam ship and cruised for about an hour and a half. 

The weather was perfect and the water that mountain green.  The lake is nestled in the Swiss alps. 

On the shores we saw some very quaint villages.

Here is a Swiss sun bathing park. Many people were sailing, wind surfing, and sail boarding on the lake.
