Some Fabric From Way-Back-When

A few weeks ago I got a package with a piece of fabric in the mail.   The fabric was from Jamaica and was bought in the early 1970's when we lived there and my friend came to visit.  My friend is getting old and isn't able to get out much so I wanted to send her a thank you for the memories the cloth brought back to me. So I took some pictures of the cloth as it fit into our everyday lives and send her a series of 11 photos with captions. Here are some of the highlights.

Still Life

I'm not sure you can tell from the photos:  the print is of Jamaican coins in various denominations.

Point to Ponder:
I'm pretty sure my friend sent me the cloth because she is downsizing and trying to get rid of stuff.  Did it backfire when I sent her 11 photos in exchange for the cloth?
